About Me

I bring a unique background and skill set as a coach, mentor, teacher and facilitator in both corporate and personal development settings. I’ve worked with groups and individuals for over twenty years, guiding the process of transformation, and supporting people to gain capacity and awareness of their ‘growing edge’.

My passion for working with people is inspired by a deep history of reflective practice, a relentless curiosity for what makes humans tick – and a real desire to help people work together more effectively – and with more enjoyment and purpose.

I started mindfulness coaching with Neera as I was trying to improve my productivity at work and nut out some time management strategies to deal with my increasing workload. The Development Coaching Program has been extremely insightful and a wonderful experience. I wanted to learn how to be a better leader, but didn’t know where to start. Neera's mindfulness sessions have been welcome in the work day to help reset and refocus the mind for the rest of the day. Neera will check in with the group and adjust the type of practice depending on what the group needs are on the day. I have my own mindfulness practices outside Neera's sessions, which serve different purposes for re-calibration and introspection. The guided meditation Neera performs is perfect addition to those, for releasing stress and resetting expectations during the work day and improving my productivity.
